We take care of accommodation, logistics and meals. Our candidates are therefore 100% focused on learning the language, culture, life and work in Germany.
While German employers only get to know candidates once they have obtained their B2 certificate, our work begins much earlier. Once a candidate has been selected by an employer, we take care of the professional recognition, visa and relocation to Germany.
Recruiting is our job: we find suitable candidates with the skills and motivation to relocate to Germany in Charkos' own hospitals and nursing schools. We also use the full range of recruitment marketing tools, such as online marketing, local partnerships and career days across the country.
Once enrolled on our programme, candidates will receive language tuition up to level B2, focusing on speaking and listening comprehension, as well as information about life and culture in Germany. Classes are taught in small groups by qualified, native-speaking teachers of German as a foreign language.
Throughout the course, we regularly check the language level and progress of all candidates to ensure they stay on track. We provide individual training as soon as deficits are identified. Our native German teachers teach all candidates on site and in person.
If a candidate has passed German B2 and we are also satisfied with the language level, we arrange interviews with our partners. Employers usually make a written offer of employment to selected candidates. If the offer is acceptable to the candidate, the recruitment process begins.
From now on it will take about 3 months until they start working in Germany. Your future employees will now receive specialised language training and a 'crash course in nursing' lasting several weeks with theory and practice on everyday working life in Germany. This means that they will be better prepared by the time they get on the plane.
Once a candidate has been selected, we are happy to assist with all the necessary administrative processes for relocation and employment. The first step is for us to apply for a deficit decision. We take care of everything, but there are a few points where we need your help. Don't worry, we'll guide you through.
The visa application follows the deficit notice. Again, we are happy to coordinate and process this for you. We always recommend the accelerated skilled worker procedure. However, thanks to excellent coordination with the German and Indian authorities, our procedures are also particularly fast.
Once the paperwork is done, it is time to pack the bags, because the plane is already waiting. That's because we booked it. We can of course assist with further procedures after arrival in Germany. Find out more below.
